What is a convention ? Fan meet or meeting ?
Convention / Fan Meet: A convention or fan meet is a one- or multi-day event where actors come to meet their fans. The actors take photos, answer your questions, sign autographs, and participate in many other activities, which will be announced on our social media.
Meeting: A meeting is the same as a convention or fan meet, except it only lasts one day and usually features just one actor.
How can I attend one of your events ?
It is important to purchase a PASS (available on the ticketing links shared on the event pages and our social media) to gain access to our events. Without a pass, you will not be able to attend.
What is a pass and extras ? How can I get them ?
A pass is an entry ticket; you cannot purchase extras without a pass. Without a pass, entry to our events will be denied, and extras will not be refunded. An extra is access to an activity with one or more guests at the event’s convention, in addition to the pass.
An extra can be, for example, a photo with a guest, their autograph, or a meeting. You can get them through our online ticketing, available on the event pages and shared on our social media.
Attention: once again, purchasing an extra alone is not enough to gain entry to the event !
What is a panel ?
A panel is a session where the guests take the stage to talk with the audience and answer all your questions.
How are the guests
announced ?
Announcements of our guests will be published on our social media as they are officially confirmed.
We do not answer questions asking who the current or future guests will be.
What is a fanbook ?
A fanbook is a book created by fans, containing words, photos, and more, intended for the guests. Its organizer will be randomly selected from the corresponding event’s Facebook group.
Can I resell my pass if I can’t attend ?
No, unless you have our authorization. However, we reserve the right to refuse the resale.
What happens if an actor cancels their appearance ?
First of all, we remind you that it is important not to attend a convention for just one actor. We cannot guarantee against an actor’s cancellation, as schedules often change. If, unfortunately, your favorite actor cancels their appearance at our event, we will offer several options :
1 – Refunds for extras purchased with that actor (and only the extras),
2 – Credits for extras of your choice.
If a guest cancels, only the extras are refunded. A guest’s cancellation does not mean the event is canceled, so no pass refund is possible for this reason.
Union Conventions will specify a deadline to request refunds for extras. If this deadline is not met, the refund will be denied.
What happens if the convention is canceled ?
If the convention is canceled, all participants (without exception!) will receive a full refund for their purchases (passes and extras!).
How can I pick up my pass ?
Your pass can be picked up from our staff on the morning of the event. Please note that you will need to present your ID as well as all e-tickets sent to you by the ticketing site. For minors aged 16 to 18, a signed parental consent form must also be provided.

Can I attend the convention if I am not of legal age ?
Two scenarios apply :
If you are under 16, you must be accompanied by an adult. The accompanying adult must have their own pass.
If you are between 16 and 18 years old, you must provide a signed parental authorization along with a copy of the ID of the person who signed it. Union Conventions reserves the right to deny access to the event if these conditions are not met.
What is an extra guest ?
An Extra Guest is a guest (actor/actress) who is not included in the passes, except for VIP passes.
Am I allowed to film and take videos during the event ?
Videos are strictly prohibited everywhere and at all times during the event. Flash photography is only allowed when guests arrive on stage for the Q&A panels. During the Q&A panels, only photos without flash are permitted.
Members of the Union Conventions team reserve the right to issue a warning to anyone not following these rules and to remove the participant if they repeat the offense, without any possibility of a refund.
What is an accompanying
pass ?
Accompanying passes are only valid for individuals accompanying minors and/or people with disabilities (PMR). This pass only grants access to the convention. You cannot purchase extras with this pass. If you wish to participate in extras, you must have a regular pass. Any extra purchased in addition to an accompanying pass will be invalidated, with no refund possible.
What is a child pass and what are the terms and conditions ?
The child pass is intended for children aged 3 to 14 on the day of the event. With this pass, the child can participate in extras alongside a parent holding a regular pass. If the child wishes to do an extra on their own, extras must be purchased in addition to the child pass.
After the age of 14, they must have a regular pass.
Is it possible to pay in installments ?
Passes can be paid in installments directly through the ticketing system (via PayPal). For higher-priced passes, payment plans are available, allowing 1 to 3 payments depending on the type of pass. If payments are not completed within the allotted time, the pass will not be valid for entry to the convention, with no refund possible.
